How do I invest?
Please contact us at info@arcadiarealtycapital.com for an Investor Package containing a Private Placement Memorandum and subscription materials. Then complete the package and wire dollar funds to our accounts in either Gibraltar or in the U.S. Funds received in the U.S. can be credited towards shares in Arcadia Gibraltar Ltd.
What is minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment is USD$50,000, with additional investments at $25,000 or above. Smaller initial investments may be accepted at the sole discretion of Arcadia Realty Capital LLC.
How do I qualify For Tax Free Treatment?
The Investor package contains various Forms W-8. Please sign the appropriate form and return it to us.
How do I receive my account information?
We will mainly communicate by email. We will provide your monthly account data through a Sharefile account. We will also provide any necessary annual tax data.
How can I receive my dividends?
Investors with U.S. bank accounts can receive their interest monthly through ACH or wire. Dividend income to non-U.S. investors may be accumulate in your account by request.
Can I withdraw funds from the portfolio?
We endeavor to redeem shares as quickly as possible. The speed to redeem funds depends on cash inflows from maturing loans, new investors, reinvested dividends, etc. Please consider this delay. Initial investments less than USD$50,000 are subject to a 24 month lock-up period.
Can I receive communications in Chinese?
Yes we can handle everything in Mandarin or English.
Can overseas trusts or corporations invest?
Forming an overseas trust may be a very tax efficient way for long term asset accumulation. We can assist in the process. Non-U.S. companies can also invest in Arcadia.
